Art Show artist

I just wanted to see if anybody know if it usually take this long to hear back from the Art Show? My sister and I had some pieces that sold and we haven't heard anything about them or the profits. I tried to email the art show but everytime I send an email it doesn't go through. Just trying not to lose my mind and wait patiently.

Normally documentation takes a bit to go through. Right now we're going through all the final amounts and correlating it together. The next step after that would be reaching out to all artists.
