I have this idea that I want to get off my chest for Closing Ceremonies on Sunday.
Right before the final minutes of Closing Ceremonies, after this years Guests and staff members get on stage thanking the community, this happens.
The staff and guests of BronyCon encourages all the bronies in attendance to hold hands, bow their heads, and think about their greatest memories, from their 1st bronycon to this one final event. After a few minutes of silence, they play a song on the loud speakers to end the event.
The song is: "See you again" by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth
Why this song? To quote Watchmojo's Top 10 Graduation songs:
"this ballad that became a heart-wrenching tribute to the late Paul walker of the fast and furious franchise, is an impassioned story about friends who became a family as we grow together during a shared journey. This is emblematic of the intense emotions that come with graduation and having to say 'goodbye' to your friends. This song reminds us that the truest friendships can be stretched over miles and will never be broken. Parting ways may seem like the end of an era, but it is not the end. There will always be a road back home."
