That sounds like a lovely idea for a panel! I ran a panel at PonyCon 2015 called "Life and Ponies" that was of a similar concept, where each of the panelists gave our own stories on how the show came into our lives, changed it for the better, etc.
Heck, BronyCon is how I got my start running panels in the first place! They gave me my first chance to run a panel back at BronyCon 2014, and since then I've run a grand total of 18 panels at over 9 conventions both Pony and non-Pony since then!
If you need any help with the panel itself, or even need willing co-panelists to help make it happen, feel free to shoot me a message! I'm always willing to help fellow Pony panelists make their programming as awesome as possible
