I was hoping to buy 2 for myself and a friend but I saw they were sold out. Is it possible I can still get them?

Just so that you know the Sponsor badges for BronyCon 2019 HAVE NOT been released to the public yet.
You must have been looking at the site for the 2018 BronyCon which has ended a few months ago.

As Redman mentioned, we have yet to open Sponsor badges for sale.

If you head to the BronyCon splash page (website will be coming soon!!!), you should be able to sign up to be notified when the sponsorship option open up.
